Inspired by... the Butterfly House

Have you been to the Melbourne Zoo? Growing up in Victoria, holidays often meant visiting relatives in Melbourne, and a highlight was always a trip to the zoo. One of my all time favourite exhibits is the Butterfly House, where you can watchthe butterflies up close, and if you are lucky, they might even land on you!

This card was inspired by memories of lovely bright butterflies, and was such fun to make. The tropical feel of the Botanical Gardens paper (from the Stampin'Up! Occasions catalogue) is a perfect background.

I have layered 3 butterflies here, all diecut using the Bold Butterflies framelits. The middle butterfly is vellum, stamped with one of the Watercolor Wings stamps.

I left this card without a sentiment as it is already quite bus
