This card was inspired by a paper combination dreamed up by my good friend and Stampin'Up! teammate
Giselle Delosa. As soon as I saw her pairing of the old map from the Typeset Specialty Designer Papers and the vintage airplane from the Sky Is The Limit stampset, I knew I had to CASE it!
I decided to go literal with the "map" idea by creating my own using two pieces of the map paper stuck back to back. I then rolled a section, which I have adhered to the top of my card. Coordinating grid paper forms a base for the sentiment.
Kraft cardstock is used for rustic highlights and the plane image is stamped with Archival Ink, fussy cut, and pasted over the map.
A few (now retired) Cherry Cobbler enamel dots tie the whole design together. Candy Dots could be used to a similar effect.
The Sky is the Limit stampset (featured here) is perfect for masculine cards. It is available for only 1 MORE DAY! To get your hands on it, simply spend $90Au on ANY Stampin'Up! Product and its yours free! Dont miss out... shop with me NOW!
