Mojo Monday 401- Bohemian Thoughts

 I have missed a few Mojo Monday's lately, but I have been inspired by my friends Kylie and Petra to have another go, as they have been playing along and I have loved what they are creating! Petra's husband has even joined in a few times lately... go Carl!

Here is a my interpretation of the above sketch, which I have turned on its side.

If you read this blog (or know me) you will know how much I love yellow and grey! When the my Tip Top Taupe items arrived, I was surprised to see that it was more grey than I expected, a nice warm tone, and imagine my delight when the Delightful Dijon was actually a lot more yellow toned! I had expected a dirtier brown color, but its much more like a dark version of Hello Honey.

I also adore the new Bohemian Designer Series Paper, it reminds me sooo much of one of my good friends... I dont know if that's weird, but every time I see it, I think "Marie paper!" Ok thats weird isnt it!

Well the combination of my new loves was this card, which also features Very Vanilla, Rich Razzleberry and Blackberry Bliss cardstock.The sentiment is from A Dozen Thoughts and stamped in Delightful Dijon Ink.

Here is a zoom in of the flower which I made with Delightful Dijon Dotted Lace Trim, a circle punchout of cardstock, and a Very Vintage Designer Button.

I cant wait to see everyone elses projects, as I really loved working with this sketch.
